🦺 Warehouse Access
As an administrator you have access to the warehouse features that allow for the management of the warehouse stock, bins and entities.
Administrator access allows you to manage:

Entities- Allows for clients to be easily swtiched between.

Inbound orders- Expected inbound movements to our facilities.

Stock view- View stock levels at specific warehouses, allowing you to allocate for outbound orders

Bin managment- Creation and organization of bins.

Outbound orders- Orders to be dispatched from MTM's warehouses.

Task allocation- Allocate orders to staff for completion.
In the Entities module, you will learn to create and switch between clients. The entities system allows for quickly switching between client profiles to efficiently manage their inbound and outbound orders.
The Outbound module, will guide you through managing the outbound orders of different clients. The process off picking and ensuring the order is fulfilled correctly is easily done with stock quantity notification and location information.
The Stock module will teach you about the inventory hub for warehouses. All the products of a client are listed out with its location and bin number for easy picking.
The Bin module is an important part of the Stock module and details how to create bins. Bins are the fundamental organizations system for the warehouse, each bin can be given an ID and location, stock can be assigned to these bins for easy locating when picking or updated to a new location if the stock moves.
The Inbound model, will guide you through inputting new stock into the warehouse and updating existing bins with the new stock. The program provides ways to quickly give the new stock bin locations thorough bulk updating them and provides a stock quantity notification to ensure the correct amount of stock expected was received.
The task allocation module is a quick guide to assigning staff certain inbound and outbound jobs for completion. This will update the staff members app with the order allowing them to quickly location and pack the order.
